Normally I don’t mind copy and paste trends most of the time, but there has been one that’s been getting really out of control lately, and that is the news and rumors of a “DA Purge Forever.” From what I’ve heard from @BenorianHardback26 the crummy DA Staff is supposedly “creating new rules about fetish art and will take down all of it and the accounts that make it,” except.…..these rules have already been on DeviantArt since the very beginning, the staff just rarely does anything about fetish/explicit art unless one piece of it is falsely mass-reported by trolls or annoying bots. To be completely honest, “DA Purge Forever” trend is just another way to make people afraid and not think clearly before quick thinking to not-so-good decisions. Did things change after the Net Neutrality thing? No! Did Article 13 actually come through? No! Are there actually hackers going around on DA? Well, most of the time, NO!!!! Look guys, as scary as this may seem, certain pictures getting taken down
